パラオの清らかな海水と日本の先端技術により、他国では類を見ない化粧品が作られることを大変喜んでおります。パラオの海水が女性の美しさに効果があるということは以前から噂されていましたが、今回パラオの海水に肌を白くする効果があるということが科学的に証明されました。パラオ共和国の大統領として、パラオと日本の今回の共同プロジェクトに対し、お祝いを申し上げます。とても大きな可能性を秘めたパラオの海を仕事で訪れる皆様はもちろんのこと、暖かく美しいパラオを観光で来られる方々も歓迎いたします。私どもは日本の皆様のお越しを心からお待ちしております。将来にわたり、このような共同プロジェクトが数多く進められることを心から期待しております。

Dear Citizens of Japan: I am pleased that Palau's pristine ocean waters and the advanced technology of Japan combined yield cosmetics unrivaled by any others. It has been rumored that the waters of Palau lend their beauty to the women they touch. There may be more than a little truth to that as the waters around Palau have been chemically proven to have a whitening effect on skin. As President of the Republic of Palau, I congratulate those who have produced this new synergy of Palauan and Japanese resources. I encourage other innovators to visit our shores, to see the great opportunities the Republic of Palau offers, and to enjoy the warmth and beauty that is Palau. Palau is always happy to welcome our Japanese guests and greatly values the continually growing and deepening friendship which continues to produce many benefits for both our nations. We look forward to many more such cooperative ventures between Palau and Japan in the future.
